Wondering if You Have Jewish Roots?
It's quite common for someone to visit B'nai Chayim who is wondering if they have Jewish roots. Do any of these
situations apply to you?
You're from Eastern Europe and there is a noticable gap in your family genealogy.
Your family practises some Jewish customs, without explanation.
You have relatives who lived in the areas affected by the Holocaust, who survived, but who do not like to speak of the family's heritage.
You are of Spanish descent, and there is a gap in the family records.
You were adopted, and became aware as an adult that one or both of your birth parents were Jewish.
At B'nai Chayim, we welcome people who want to explore their Jewish heritage without sacrificing their faith in Yeshua -- even if you don't know for sure, or would not be considered Jewish
in the mainstream Jewish community. We accept people of mixed heritage, regardless of which side is Jewish, and we also welcome those with a distant or
suspected Jewish background.
